Providing people with the skills they need to reach their full potential and improve their job prospects, the European Social Fund was set up to help raise living standards by developing employment opportunities.
Higher Education in Cornwall:
Higher level skills have an important role to play in the Convergence ESF activities in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, and the role of higher education in the transformation of the economy is recognised as being important in this.
Four areas have been identified for support. These are:-
B) Graduate Placement
D) Raising Aspirations (Access for all to HE provision)
