Peninsula Dental School - Capital Build

ERDF Convergence has invested in the Peninsula Dental School, the first new dental school in the UK for 40 years, to widen education and research opportunities in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Read More »

South West Innovation Accelerator

This project is about the transfer of specialist technical knowledge from the further education sector to the region’s small and medium sized enterprises to help them to improve production processes and help sustain and grow their operations. Read More »

Dunheved House

A former boarding school in Launceston has been renovated and is now open as a high-level education centre with conferencing facilities and learning space incorporating both ERDF and ESF investment. Read More »

Performance Centre

Following the merger of University College Falmouth and Dartington College of Arts a Performance Centre was built to accommodate additional students and provide facilities for further courses at the Tremough Campus in Penryn. Read More »

Higher Education Expansion, Truro and Penwith College

The Exchange

The aim of this project is to expand student learning and resource facilities at Tremough campus to cater for the growth of undergraduate and postgraduate students at the Environmental Sustainability Institute, Performance Centre and Academy for Innovation and Research. Read More »

Infrastructure Design and Sustainability

The purpose of the IDSS project is to provide infrastructure planning and design for roads, services and landscaping. for all subsequent Combined Universities for Cornwall Phase 3 Hub development encompassing the Academy of Research and Innovation, the Performance Arts Centre and the Environment Sustainability Institute. King Edward Mine

King Edward Mine, near Troon, is the oldest and best preserved pre-1920 mining site left in Cornwall.
