The project will provide a range of high quality hybrid and office units at Threemilestone Industrial Estate in Truro.

This will be supported by the Walker Business Park Junction project which will improve the main access junction at Threemilestone Industrial Estate and the B3298 Truro to Chacewater Road.

The project hopes to provide:

9 hybrid (office/industrial) units with a total net lettable area of 2182 m2, of which 747 m2 is designated as office space.

A ‘Gateway’ building providing a total net area of 628 m2 of flexible office accommodation spread over 3 floors, and capable of being split into 7 separate office suites.

Infrastructure – The provision of a bus stop and turning area along with measures to enable pedestrian and cycle access to the development.
