Over £500,000 of work won by Cornish construction firms

Tuesday 28 May 2013. WBM Groundworks of Liskeard and Sticker-based firm Hewaswater have recently won the tenders to work on the £5.6m office development at Victoria Commercial Centre.

Cornwall and Isles of Scilly LEP looks towards the next round of European funding.

20 May 3013. Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) is calling on local residents, businesses and the voluntary and community sectors from across Cornwall and Isles of Scilly to help shape the future of the region as it lines up for future European funding.

10 May 2013. Hendra Holiday Park in Newquay will be opening its doors to customers this season with a revamped environmentally friendly swimming pool thanks to investment from the European Regional Development Fund Convergence Programme.

Grant for Business Investment application process soon to close

Friday 24 May 2013. June 14th – the date for businesses to circle in their diaries as this is the final enquiry deadline for businesses interested in the Grant for Business Investment (GBI) scheme.

The ESI’s mission is to find solutions to the problems of climate change, and given how important this is to future generations, it was fitting that the Institute was officially opened by the children of Cornwall.
